1. Introduction

Aventyra ("we", "us", "our") operates a SaaS platform that helps companies find and fix what AI gets wrong about their brand in web-grounded AI answers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our platform.

2. Data we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, workspace details
  • Brand data: brand names, websites, descriptions, competitors, and prompts you create
  • Analysis data: AI provider responses, citations, observations, and computed metrics
  • Usage data: API calls made, campaign history, billing information
  • Integration data: connection status for third-party integrations (we do not store API keys in our database)

3. How we use your data

  • To provide and operate the Aventyra platform
  • To run AI analyses on your behalf using connected provider APIs
  • To generate reports, metrics, and action recommendations
  • To manage billing and subscription management
  • To send notifications about campaigns, reports, and account activity

4. Data isolation

Every entity in our database is scoped to a workspace. Users can only access data within workspaces they belong to. Agency client viewers can only see brands explicitly assigned to them. We enforce strict multi-tenant isolation at the database level.

5. API key handling

AI provider API keys are stored as encrypted secrets and are never exposed in frontend components, browser requests, database records, or logs. Keys are used solely to make API calls on your behalf when you launch analysis campaigns.

6. Third-party services

We integrate with OpenAI, Google Gemini, Perplexity, and payment processors (Stripe). Each provider has its own privacy policy and terms of service. We only send prompt data to AI providers when you explicitly launch a campaign.

7. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove all workspace data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, export, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact Base44 support to exercise these rights.
