Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Aventyra platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service description

Aventyra is a SaaS platform that finds what AI gets wrong about your brand in web-grounded AI answers. The platform generates prompts, sends them to AI provider APIs, analyzes responses, and produces metrics, action items, and reports.

3. Accuracy and limitations

• Results are collected through provider APIs, not consumer applications. Consumer apps may produce different answers.
• AI answers can vary between identical runs. We use repeated testing to estimate stability.
• Scores indicate observed visibility, not guaranteed future ranking.
• The platform does not guarantee increased sales or AI recommendations.
• We never create fake live results, fake customers, or misleading performance claims.

4. Acceptable use

• You may not use the platform to send spam, malicious, or illegal content to AI providers.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse AI provider APIs through our platform.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of brand information you provide.
• You may not share your account credentials or workspace access with unauthorized users.

5. Subscription and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes are prorated. Failed payments may result in service suspension. Trial accounts have limited features and call quotas.

6. API keys and integrations

When you connect AI provider API keys, you are responsible for all charges incurred on those provider accounts. We do not store API keys in our database—they are stored as encrypted secrets. You are responsible for managing your provider API key limits and billing.

7. Data ownership

You own all data you create within your workspace, including brands, prompts, campaigns, and reports. We do not use your data to train AI models. Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be used for platform improvement and analytics.

8. Limitation of liability

Aventyra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your data will be removed within 30 days.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
